It’s time to step into the future by taking an in-person tour of the reimagined home of the Phoenix Suns and Mercury. Complimentary parking is available in the garage attached to the arena. An attendant will direct you where to park, either on the up ramp or on second level of the garage depending on the date of your appointment.
Once parked, please exit the garage and head towards the main pavilion entrance located on 1st & Jefferson. Here you will enter the arena through the main pavilion doors farthest to the right near the Box Office. At this location you will check in with security and your Suns representative will be called to greet you.
Wear comfortable, close-toed shoes above the ankle (boots preferred) and long pants. Sandals, open-toed shoes, high heels and shorts are not permitted.
The health and safety of Suns fans and employees is our number one priority. We are following CDC guidelines for sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas especially high-touch areas like door handles, restrooms, railings, furniture, the elevator, and computer hardware. Your health and safety arrival packet will include facial masks, hand sanitizer, and other personal protective equipment. To further ensure your safety, we have limited the number of guests allowed during each appointment window and have implemented rigorous cleaning protocols on high traffic areas along the tour route. All employees and guests are required to wear a facial mask throughout their appointment in the arena.
All tickets purchased through the Phoenix Suns, Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster affiliates or the Transformation Center box office will come with a Fan Guarantee. The Fan Guarantee will provide that tickets purchased for any Suns game will be eligible for a refund at the point of purchase if the ticketed game is cancelled or played in an empty arena.

Fans and show-goers will be greeted with an incredible new view the moment they walk into the Pavilion. The pavilion will be opened up so that visitors can see through straight into the bowl. It will feature a massive centerpiece bar that, as owner Robert Sarver referenced, will make the pavilion the “best sports bar in Phoenix.”
The FOX Sports Arizona broadcast desk will move into the pavilion to capture the energy of the pre-game and post-game crowds.

The 3,550 square foot center-hung scoreboard in the new arena bowl will be six-times bigger than the current 576 square feet of video boards. The resolution of the main scoreboard screen will improve by 600 percent so that every play and replay will be crystal clear. Additionally, two new LED ribbon boards stretching more than 1,700 feet in total and will ring the lower & upper bowls and replace the singular one that currently exists.
More than 17,000 cushioned seats will replace the current seating throughout the arena. That's more than five miles or 287 basketball courts when sitting side-by-side.

From North Phoenix/Scottsdale
Take State Route 51 (Piestewa Peak Parkway) south to Interstate-10 East interchange. Exit I-10 at (100 feet ) Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn right (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to the arena.
From East Phoenix
Take Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) west which will merge with Interstate-10 west. Take I-10 West to 7th Street exit. Turn left (south) on 7th Street to Washington Street. Turn right (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to the arena.
From West/Southwest Phoenix
Take Interstate 10 east to 7th Avenue exit. Turn right (south) on 7th Avenue to Jefferson Street. Turn left (east) on Jefferson Street to 1st Street. The arena is on the corner of Jefferson Street and 1st Street.
From Northwest Phoenix/Glendale
Take Interstate 17 south to Jefferson Street. Turn left (east) on Jefferson Street to First Street. The arena is on the corner of Jefferson Street and 1st Street.
From East Valley/Tempe
Take Interstate 10 west to Washington/Jefferson Street. Turn left (west) on Washington Street to 3rd Street. Turn left (south) on 3rd Street to the arena.
There are several parking garages and lots within walking distance of the arena. The venue’s attached five-story, 700-space parking structure provides the most convenient parking available to our suite holders, premium-seat owners, as well as limited space available to the general public. The parking structure is open daily 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, in addition to being open for all events held at the arena.
In addition to the arena parking garage, the Jefferson Street Garage is conveniently located next door, at 3rd Street & Jefferson. The garage is a six story, 1,450-space parking structure and is available for parking for all events at the arena. Click here for pre-paid parking. In partnership with Valley Metro light rail, the arena and the Phoenix Suns have established the "Rail Ride Event" program, which allows guests who purchase a ticket to an event at the arena to ride Valley Metro light rail at no additional cost, on the day of the event.
Through Rail Ride Event, Valley Metro will recognize event tickets as valid light rail fare on the day of the event for four hours prior to the start of the event, through the end of the transit day.
In addition to Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury games, the arena hosts nearly 200 events each year, including concerts and family shows, with the venue's longstanding partners Live Nation and Feld Entertainment. Tickets for every event at the arena, which attracts over two million visitors annually, will be valid for the Rail Ride Event program.
Two important things to know:
- You are required to keep your event ticket on your person when riding light rail and must show your event ticket to a fare inspector upon request. Failure to show a valid event ticket can result in fines ranging from $50 to $500 dollars.
- Event tickets are good for light rail only; they are not valid as bus fare.
